Yes, computerised timing chip will be provided to all Half Marathon, 10K Run & 5KRunp articipants.

Navi Mumbai Half Marathon 2023 route has been professionally measured with Jones Counter. Tridhaatu Navi Mumbai Half Marathon 2023 timings are recorded by computerised timing chip. The E-certificates are uploaded within 48hrs after the race.
Hence, the E-Certificate will be accepted while applying for bigger races in India

Sorry, no cancellations / transfers are possible and registration fees are nonrefundable.

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email us at info@sportsunited.in with details of your registration – date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and dealt with.

Please ensure that you collect your bibs on the dates mentioned. BIBs will NOT be posted to individual addresses nor be distributed on race day, i.e. 12th March 2023.

At the time of bib collection, participants are requested to carry:

• Printout or Digital Copy of Event Registration:
Once you register for the event, you will receive a confirmation payment receipt. Please bring along a printed copy of the receipt. Alternatively, you can save the receipt on your smartphone and show it to our representative at the registration counters. Please note that this is applicable only if the registered participant is visiting the registration counters in person.

• Proof of Identity:
Please carry a proof of government issued photo identity in original, for example, your Passport, Voter ID card, or PAN card, for verification purposes. Ensure that you collect the original documents from our volunteer before exiting the counter.

Race Kit can only be collected on the Bib collection days, No bibs will be given out on Race day.

In case you are unable to come in person, your representative needs to carry:
o A printed copy of the email confirmation.
o Photocopy of your (the participant's) proof of government issued photo identity, for example, your Voter ID card, Passport, PAN card etc...
o A photocopy of his/her proof of government issued photo identity, for example, his/her Passport, school/ college identity card, Voter ID card, PAN card etc... Please note that your entry to this event is not transferable under any circumstances.

All participants registered before 31st January, 2023 - 23:59 hrs. for Half Marathon, 10K are eligible to receive a free jacket.

You will receive the jacket during the BIB collection along with the Runner’s Kit.

No, as informed earlier jacket sizes cannot be exchanged.

Jacket offer is complementary gift from us as a way of thanking you for registering early. There cannot be any discounts on the registration fees.

Jackets can be bought on the bib collection day.

The New date for the Tridhaatu Navi Mumbai Half Marathon is Sunday.12th march, 2023.

As directives given to us by Navi Mumbai Police (Traffic) Due to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, we are advised to Change the Event date of 19th February. Considering the current situation, The New date is finalised for 12th March 2023. Inconvenience is highly regretted.
